Information you share
When you request a quote, MOV3 stores your name, WhatsApp number, email, pickup and drop-off addresses, any extra stop, moving preferences, access details, crew, packing and wrapping requests, inventory notes and preferred moving date and time.
Why it is collected
Your details are used to understand your enquiry, review pricing and availability, and contact you about your move. A quote request is not a confirmed booking.
Storage and access
Quote requests are stored privately using Lovable Cloud. Only authorised MOV3 administrators can read and manage enquiries through this website. Do not include sensitive personal information in your inventory notes.
WhatsApp and third-party services
Opening WhatsApp takes you to a separate service governed by its own privacy terms. Sending a request first saves your enquiry, then opens WhatsApp with a prefilled message. You decide whether to send that message in WhatsApp. Addresses are entered as plain text; no Maps service is used. Sign-in details are handled by Lovable Cloud; MOV3 does not store separate user profiles.

To ask about access, corrections or deletion of your information, contact MOV3 on WhatsApp. Business-specific retention periods and privacy responsibilities must be confirmed before launch.
